According to a weather guy who I don&#8217;t want to like (He&#8217;s a climate change denier.) but secretly do, this was the coldest day since May something. Ugh. Fuck that.<\/p>\n<p>Anytime the weather shifts dramatically, I flare. I&#8217;ve been flaring a lot lately anyway because of my allergies, but this is\u00c2\u00a0<em>different<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0somehow. \u00c2\u00a0It&#8217;s a deeper pain somehow?<\/p>\n<p>My normal flares are repeated short bursts of pain, usually repeated in a few places.
