We have too hot, too cold, and flares."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week has been oddly hot for June. We hit 100 for the first time much earlier than normal. There&#8217;s been SUPER high pressure and because it&#8217;s hot as fuck, everyone and everything is made of air conditioning.<\/p>\n<p>EVERYTHING hurts. Fucking everything. It started sometime Friday when I had a fairly strong\u00c2\u00a0allergy attack to something in the office. I spent a few hours with an itchy mouth and throat, and then suddenly I felt life I&#8217;d snorted pieces of broken glass. I still feel like that.<\/p>\n<p>One of the fun things about fibro is that for me, an allergy attack means a flare. The stronger the attack, the stronger the flare. Long story short, I&#8217;ve spent the weekend feeling like I have the flu, including all of the aches and pains that go with it.<\/p>\n<p>So now my entire torso is sore and stiff. My hips ache. My hands ache.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah. This isn&#8217;t spring. I miss spring. Fuck off, fibro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week has been oddly hot for June.
