We went into a fairly drastic temperature drop yesterday and the day before. My body is SOOOOOOOO not happy. On top of that I have my usual fall allergies. I started my big fall flare two days ago. I could feel it ramping up. Well today it&#8217;s in full fucking force. Half of me is overly sore like I&#8217;m sick. The other half feels like I need to stretch and have all of my spine adjust itself. All of me just wants to crawl into a boiling hot bath and then into a big fluffy bed.<\/p>\n<p>It should get better.
